Capital Projects

A place for curious minds

Creating an optimal campus environment is a central element in TCU's strategy to become recognized as a truly great national university.  Several key projects, include:

STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY FOR THE NEELEY SCHOOL

Neeley

When completed, the Intellectual Commons on the east side of campus will include facilities such as a new Neeley School building or addition, the repurposed library and other new academic facilities to create a more vibrant academic setting. The impact of the Intellectual Commons will be as transformational for academics as the Campus Commons currently is for the residential experience.

To further elevate the national reputation of the Neeley School of Business, TCU intends to construct a completely new building in the Intellectual Commons or an extensive addition to current facilities.

NEW FACILITIES FOR THE SCHOOL OF MUSIC

School of Music

TCU's School of Music is on the very cusp of world-class status. Its greatest roadblock is the lack of a world-class music center, one that will be truly transformative for TCU. New facilities are imperative if the school is to grow into all that it can become.
