Who should participate?
All faculty and adjunct faculty, in addition to staff with advanced degrees employed on at least a three-quarter-time basis, are invited to participate in the procession. To do so, indicate your desire to process by completing this online registration form no later than Thursday, Dec. 1.
As the event draws closer, instructions related to reporting time and location, parking passes, etc. will be shared with those who register.
NOTE: College/school deans and members of the Chancellor’s Cabinet do not need to register.
How do I order regalia?
To order regalia, visit the Herff Jones website no later than Monday, Nov. 14. Orders placed after this date may incur additional fees. Faculty regalia will ship directly to you prior to commencement. Please do not ship to a PO Box or campus box location. A physical street address is required. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for returning the regalia following the ceremony.
How much will it cost to rent regalia?
The university will reimburse your rental fee; please retain the receipt. To do so, complete a reimbursement form, have it signed by your chair, dean or supervisor and attach your receipt. Then, scan it to shelia.williams@tcu.edu in the Provost’s Office.
