Video Series: Walls of Medical Education Building Take Shape


Construction crews install the exterior wall façade on the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University’s new medical education building in Fort Worth, Texas.

FORT WORTH – Episode 5 of  “On Site: Construction of the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University with Founding Dean, Stuart D. Flynn, M.D.,” takes a look at the exterior wall facade and waterproofing that will cover the exterior of the new four-story medical education building.

Dean Flynn is also joined by Michael Sanborn, Chief Growth Officer & EVP of Baylor, Scott & White, to hang window framing on the third floor of the building. Dean Flynn and Sanborn also talk about the ongoing Graduate Medical Education (GME) collaboration between Baylor, Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth and the Burnett School of Medicine at TCU.

When the new 100,000-square-foot medical education building opens in the Summer of 2024, it will the home for 240 medical students, hundreds of staff and faculty.
