FORT WORTH – TCU women's golf senior Trinity King was named to the 2022-23 WGCA All-American Scholar Team. 
 
King has now twice been chosen to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team. Her previous selection came in 2021. 
 
The All-American Scholar Team, which is voted by the Women's Golf Coaches Associate, follows three strict criteria: have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur on the team through the conclusion of the season and have played in 50 percent of the school's scheduled competitive rounds through the conference championship.
 
King, a three-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree, made a lasting imprint on TCU women's golf. She helped lead the Horned frogs to consecutive NCAA National Championship appearances in 2022 and 2023. The program also placed third at the Big 12 Championship during King's senior year to notch its best conference championship finish since 2015.
