TCU Named Super Regional Host Site

Horned Frogs are hosting for the first time since 2017

FORT WORTH – Fresh off sweeping through the NCAA Fayetteville Regional, TCU has been selected as one of eight host sites for the NCAA Super Regional. The Horned Frogs will host the No. 14 National Seed Indiana State. The best two-of-three series is slated to get underway Friday, June 9 at 4 p.m. Game 2 of the series is set for 5 p.m. on Saturday. The games will be televised on ESPNU.
 
TCU (40-22) rolled through the Fayetteville Regional defeating Arizona (12-4) and the No. 3 National Arkansas twice (20-5 and 12-4). The Horned Frogs head into the Super Regional riding a nine game winning streak and are winners of 17 of their last 19 games.
 
Indiana State (45-15) swept through the Terre Haute Regional with two come-from-behind wins and a nail biter in the finale. The Sycamores rallied to defeat Wright 6-5 in the opening game before coming back to hand Iowa a 7-4 loss. Indiana State advance to its first-ever Super Regional with an 11-8 win over Iowa. 
 
Ticket Information:
All-session reserved and general admission are currently on sale to season ticket holders. Deadline to request is Tuesday at 5 p.m. Cost is set at $60 for reserved and $45 for general admission seats. Remaining all-session tickets will go on sale to the public on Wednesday morning.  Single game tickets will go on sale at 11 a.m. each day.
